Candidate must possess strong organizational, writing, communication and computer operating skills. They must have knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. They must be capable of performing field survey, interpreting customer needs and developing budget proposals based on project requirements. Individual must be versed in basic sheet metal, piping and control wiring. They must understand all phases of mechanical installation from bid process through close out process. They must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a mechanical contractor`s office. Mechanical engineering graduates who majored in HVAC design and construction will be considered.
